anyone catch the end of tonight's BBC 606 tonight after the Spurs game?

right at the end of the show (as the Eastenders theme starts to play in the background) , Jason Mohammed utters the words ... "Pep Guardiola has done yet another tetchy interview to Radio 5 live". Then you hear a Bobby Savage sex groan as the show ends.

These 2 caused an almighty storm in a teacup, harping on about Pep a disrespectful interview to Damien Johnson after the Burnley game.

Now they used there national programme to have petty digs and plant suggestions to listeners without anyone having the opportunity to stand up or defend such accusations.

I wasn't seeing this 'media bias' that everyone talks about as i dont follow all the media outlets. But this is 'media attacking' from a so-called 'balanced BBC.

(Mods, did try to find the meduia bias thread, went back 6 pages and couldn't see it. if you do, please merge)

Apparently Guardiola said to him, your first question is about the referee, you are the BBC and supposed to be a prestigious broadcaster...............

The unbiased BBC!!! Or not as the case may be!!!!!

i can see Pep's point. They just dive to talk about the controversy instead of asking about the whole game or 'the managers ' thoughts on the 'whole game'. Its like a bloke trying to pull a bird but talking to her tits.

It's good that we are fighting back on that front but for now it's not going to alter much in the short term.

I just refuse to listen. Saves me getting annoyed and the price of buying new radios a couple of times a week after throwing them at the wall.

It was on the BBC website, I read it as we were coming home on the Eccles coach:

"Pep Guardiola is asked for his take on Kyle Walker's hand in the back on Raheem Sterling. He's, what's the word... Not in a good mood.

"The first question is about the referee? This is the BBC, you are prestigious, you should talk about the football not the referee.

Ok. We played good, it was an outstanding performance but it's a pity what happened. We created more chances, conceded few but were not able to win, and again right decisions were against."

There was more but I'm not going to type it all, however it finished with: "I like to play good football. Leroy was amazing today. Tomorrow we will be happier but today we are sad, because we played good."

Too true. Don't listen. They get sacked win win in my book

I'm surprised they weren't still wanking over Rooney. Who is that dickhead announcer at half time too. I don't want to fucking hear that Rug head has broken Bobby Charltons record when he is reading out the final scores.
