Hopefully he learns something from his attempts in the 2nd half in comparison to the 1st. Far more decisive and almost got rewarded for it. He gets a lot of flak because he makes things far more difficult for himself than it has to be. The chance in the 1st half was a prime example.
If the finishing isn’t there then the most we can ask for him is to keep working hard and putting pressure on their defence which is exactly what he’s doing. If he was shying away from games (Wembley vs Chelsea) then it’d be different.
As soon as he gets one goal, they’ll start flowing again. The good thing is that he’ll always get into the positions because of his movement and tireless effort.
