#7 | Raheem Sterling - 2020/21 Performances

I watched yesterday all City goals this season and noticed that Raheem was involved in plenty of them. When I read some comments on here, I am under the impression that he has been poor and useless while he contributed immensely to many of our wins.

I noticed the same - for what I'm sure he'd call a bad season 25 goals and assists is not bad. He's either scored or assisted 1/5th of our goals as a squad.

6 game winning goals including the 1-0 Southampton win that turned the season around and started the 21 match winning streak. Was there in big moments as well, the goal against Liverpool that sealed the game, assist for Gundogan vs. Spurs etc.

Also captained the side 10 times so far - 8 wins 1 draw, 1 loss (Chelsea, when he scored).

If this guy is as good as people think he should stand out in these games he has started instead of looking like the worst attacking player in a 2nd choice team. Another usual display of loose touch bad passes and generally not doing very much.

Rubbish,no impact or influence whatsoever. He struggles to control the ball, his passing is bobbins, and his decision making worse. His effort to retain and win the ball are also pathetic.

As for the armband.....reverse psychology??

There are so many better players out there.......Get him on the transfer list and hope some rich chairman hasn't watched him for 18 months.

Garbage again and contributed nothing. Needs selling while still worth anything. Just cannot play in our new style of play. Outshone by Torres and Jesus (Who at least looks to try and to make something happen)

So what happens with his contract? Can we really commit to a 5 year contract on +250k a week but at the same time can we afford for him to run down current contract
