I've never previously been one of the Hughes Out brigade, but can someone please tell me how on God's green earth can our owners seriously be 'satisfied' with 8 points from 48 possible away points and a season tally of won 11, drawn 5, LOST 15 from a £130million investment. Now, I'm not saying we should be in the top 4 for that but I'm afraid those stats are simply shocking.

It does sound bad now you put it like that . . .

I think the season's been chaos, as has the club recently. I doubt any football club has ever had 3 different managers and three different owners in the space of 3 seasons before. Unless we can get Mourinho I'd stick with him.

Our away form is crap, there is no getting around that, but I guess the question is together with the home form is it enough for Hughes to keep his job and really can't be looked in isolation.

No, no, apparantly "there are signs of progress".

It hasn't translated into anything like decent results or decent performances and we have a hugely talented squad that has underperformed all season.

But, apparantly "there are signs of progress".

Be a bit more open minded.

We have better players than most of the league, yet we have been poor all season. Nothing to do with the manager that, he's not there to affect that, he's there to.... er....... er....

Right, because if you spend 130m that team should instantly gel and win the league!!

I am a fan of Hughes but the away form is abysmal and it needs to rectified for the start of the next season or I think it is best for the club if he goes.

Did you actually read the bit when I said "Now, I'm not saying we should be in the top 4 for that ...."

Unacceptable statistics, not good enough for the investment, noone near.
The fact that Stoke have nearly the same away points just about sums it up.
A lot rides on the remaining games because to me the UEFA cup papers over a lot of cracks & we have had an enormous amount of luck to be still in it.

Played 56 won 19 lost 20 drawn 7 is our record under MH in all competitions and with that I will say no more the figures speak for themselves regardless of which camp you are in.
