For a teenager he shows incredible desire, confidence and ability.

He's only 6 months younger than Saka yet hasn't had much of a chance and a loan might be the better option after Xmas. You possibly can’t compare a player that plays for city, a team that is always fighting for the title to a player at arsenal that can’t even make top 4? He will get his chance just be patient. People were complaining the same thing with foden. We are not a club that it’s easy to develops player like for example dortmund as we win titles and there is massive competition

Au contraire mon ami "sitting around" during the World Cup will mean that he will get focussed time from the coaching staff on his development during that period and he should be raring to go once the league restarts.
Some of our players my be tired and drained by the experience of playing in Qatar.
If he can stay fit then he could have a good second half of the season.

Will keep supporting this lad. Not really a CM but he showed glimpses here and there. Not his best game but minutes in the legs are good. More game time will help with match sharpness

Want to see him playing RW, he isn't really naturally suited to playing centrally.

Like I said pre-match, the lad isn't a midfielder and will never shine there for us, his languid almost lazy looking style lacks the tenacity and dynamism in his game to play that position effectively. He's more of a burst player that's suited to playing out wide. Maybe peps trying to instill that into him giving him minutes central. Minutes are minutes at his age but hard not to see a wasted opportunity, want to see him on the wing where he has a license to produce something himself. Hopefully we see it against Chelsea.
