You bloody well should be ashamed.

Truthfully I’d probably listen to about 15 of these, but I reckon Ultravox, Queen and The Cars are the only regular plays off here. It was about this period where I realised chart music and me were largely going separate ways and I just invested my time into albums. I actually cannot remember the last single I bought.

Have to say I thought 1984 (and 1983 for that matter) were both crap years for this kind of thing. This chart only bears it out even more so. Thankfully better music was out there just not in the charts.

I do. I love the 80s music, i was 10 in 1984.

I always listen to the 80s channel on tv, loved every second of the 80s decade.

Some great tunes in there, bet there are songs older than a lot of the posters on here.
