I’ll get shit for this but…I don’t see it. Yes he’s brave on the ball but they all are. He panics too easily and ends up on his arse 90% of the time when he’s passing the ball.

And that defending for the goal? Better not to be mentioned.

Would be a good centre midfielder hence why Pep always ‘inverts’ him but nowhere near good enough at full back.

IMO obviously.
A lot of his defensive performances were poor, so I agree. I also agree he would be good as a CM. He only ever really looked comfortable at full back when we were in control. He is very young and has a future, but not as as full-back, IMO. He is a central midfielder in the making.

Maybe the minority but he had a 50/50 with the goal, try to clear it off balance or leave it hoping nobody’s behind him.

He obviously chose the wrong option but I can see the method in the madness.

Don't think he played well tonight, but not had many minutes this season. Right now can't see him getting too many bar an injury at the back.

He should’ve already looked over his shoulder before the ball came in. Another Garcia for me in that he’s technically very good at 18 but lacks too much physically and defensively to ever make it long term at our level. Good on the ball but not to the standard we need to play further forward either.

I think he was a little fortunate to break through when he did and if anything his performances were better in his earlier matches. I certainly don’t see any improvement from those early games.

He’s a kid but I don’t think he will make it here as a full back. He can’t defend and as we have seen over the past 12 months Pep has become more pragmatic and wants defenders who defend.

We all want him to make it but he will need massive improvements in his game (and he has plenty of time) to ever be anything more than a squad player here.

Inexperience that he hasn’t looked or he has and thought it was still the better option to leave it. The lads only young and did enough last season for me to prove he’s good enough.

He plays the inverted right back better than Kyle does, as a traditional right back he’s not quite there yet.

He definitely didn’t look as i watched the replays a few times. If you know someone is there for a tap in you don’t leave a ball like that. Nothing against the lad and sure he’ll have a good career. Time will tell but i’d be amazed if he nails down a spot here long term.
