He’s certainly not pulling up trees in Argentina, let’s hope he hits the ground running.I can’t help but think Echeverri might be the next Kayky.

The thing is, we don’t want an 18 year old to hit the ground running. We just want him to play in an early round of the FA Cup and the the last ten minutes of the Ro32 second leg win against Dinamo Zagreb (hypothetical situation, of course).He’s certainly not pulling up trees in Argentina, let’s hope he hits the ground running.
That we are wondering how some 18 year old substitute (or is getting subbed at half time if he does start) in the Argie league is going to do, shows where we are.

There is no way on Earth he’d be contributing as little as Gündoğan.The treatment of McAtee really has been baffling. Not getting minutes when we are chasing games is just baffling - seeing out of form players and/or players being played out of position instead of him must be doing his nut in.

We can’t see how he’s doing in training. We can only assume he’s not really impressing.The treatment of McAtee really has been baffling. He didn’t really do much vs Watford either.
Pep doesn’t see him as a decent option at the moment.

Disappointing that he can't seem to get a break with all the injuries.

Haha at least he should be trying him to find out. Will only get worse when KDB, Grealish, Doku get back as well.

Another kid who will fall by the wayside.
We seem to get so
many things right but integrating the academy players we struggle with.
When you consider we have had players come through our academy such as Morgan Rogers, Lavia, Palmer, Frimpong, Harwood Bellis, Bynoe-Gittens, Sancho, Tosin, Delap and none of them have made much of a contribution.
Such a waste of talented players.
We seem to get so
many things right but integrating the academy players we struggle with.
