If only he could finish better, you can't dream for a better centre forward than this..

Physical duels, small passes, long passes, dribbles, ball-controlling skills -> everything is here and the only thing that's missing is the ability to use chances more efficiently

I just noticed something about the both of you, you guys are either the same person or you both have a very shitty concept about football! The bullshit that @Phil1 posted about selling kdb here https://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/...-22-performances.351424/page-71#post-14421894 was actually liked by @Lavinda Past . You can't make this shit up!

The clown duo that is @Phil1 and @Lavinda Past think its a good idea to "snap off" the hands of anyone who offers 100m for KDB but then somehow think offering 100m for Grealish was brilliant business!

Anyone who takes either one of these clowns opinions serious on this forum needs a fucking slap.

It's all about opinions. Advocating violence is the sign of a lost argument, or sheer stupidity.

I'd stand by the KDB comment any day of the week. If someone offered £100m for him, City would be mad not to let him go. Just like Villa would have been mad to turn down our offer for Grealish.

Excellent repost. I’d also add, if we had of signed Kane, the form of Bernardo, De Bruyne, Mahrez and Foden would have seen almost zero place for Grealish. Not to mention Sterling that has returned to form & has excellent link up play with Kane already. Then there’s Gundogan that would run rings round Grealish in any position.
You are really trying to explain how football works to the clown duo who thought we should sell Kdb for 100m in the January transfer window? You should know better than that.

So we snap off their hands and sell KDB for 100m, right after we threw the same amount of 100m at Grealish?
You just can't help yourself, can you? That hole you dug yourself into is starting to get really, really deep! perhaps now would be a good time for you to drop that shovel and climb out, but then again if you did do that posters on the forum wouldn't know just how clueless you are, so please keep arguing about how Jesus is a terrible footballer, how Kdb should be sold for 100m and how Grealish is next in line for the Ballon d'or!

Haha! Funny little man.
You can keep bringing up the KDB post forever and a day and it'll have no bearing on anything. I thought his injuries had begun to catch up and he wasn't as mobile anymore which was affecting his game. He's been fantastic since then and I'm absolutely buzzing to be wrong.

Oh, and if you ever fancy being the one to hand out any slaps just give me a PM and I'll happily let you try :-)

I don't care how well Kev is playing at present. We'd still be mad to turn down £100m for him if anyone was daft enough to offer that much in the summer window!

As for 'slappy'... I think it's known as little man syndrome.

Class as well as Stupidity are both permanent. KDB would always have class so I was a bit surprised when you suggested that city sell him for 100m but then again you've exhibited time and again that you have the latter(stupidity), so if I am being honest I wasn't actually surprised when you made that ridiculous suggestion.

Why? We spent £100m on Grealish knowing full well he wasn't worth half that much, clearly money isn't important to us. We don't need the money and we'd be losing our best player. We're one of the few clubs who can actually afford to turn down a £100m offer, might as well make the most of it.

Jesus scored a good goal on Sunday, he also played pretty poorly the rest of the time and made a selfish decision at a crucial moment. Both things can be true.

I still prefer him through the centre than on the right.

Keep him for as long as he wants the role. Rarely has a bad game, seems to have a great attitude.

Any replacement would either have to play a lot more or be a lot worse to accept that playing time.

Plus Jesus is a big game player and you can't have too many of those.

So big he didnt stop a dipper break that led to a goal, naval gazing

I think he will probably want to move on, if he's doesn't though we should definitely keep him, a valuable squad member.

Exactly, he might not be perfect but he'll be harder to replace than we realise. I think he's more appreciated at the club than some on here would like to hear.
I suspect you'd be in a minority if you asked all 40k season card holders for their opinion, but ultimately, it's only Pep's that matters. The buck stops with him.

I'd be more than happy to see Jesus create or score the winning goals in our next two games. But I'm not going to hold my breath...

Let's see what happens in the summer and then see where Jesus is in the pecking order.

Absolutely no chance. Grealish is no where near the player Jesus is. And he’s older too..

Jesus has shown to be very very dangerous and have the ability to affect the very biggest of games in several positions. If he’f had the game time Grealish has had this season he’d be on Mahrez numbers.

To date, Grealish has shown nothing, and I mean nothing to even suggest he’s close to being good enough for City.

Even his biggest fans know he’s been shite, hence all the excuses we here for his poor performances. He needs time, he needs an overlapping fullback, he needs to play centrally, he needs a striker.

I agree. he needs time. But he also needs to use the minutes he has on the pitch to directly influence games.
Like it or not, Jesus has done that all season and barely played.

Jesus, like Stones(bizarrely) seem to make way for inferior players or get shunted round quite regularly.

Most of our biggest performances have come with Jesus in the side.

Just want to point out. According to FBref status of Premier league record.
Grealish has played 1544min = 17.2 game.
Jesus has played 1447min = 16.1 game.
Mahrez played 1229min = 13.7 game.
These 3 are the least played front role players. Sterling and Foden played much more minutes.

If we bring in Haaland and Alvarez then unfortunately one if not both of Sterling and Jesus will probably need to leave. It's a shame because if it was up to me we'd keep both as they offer things our other forwards don't. If we hadn't signed Grealish then there would be enough room to keep both but he's obviously not going anywhere so someone will have to make way.

Yes, but most of Grealish’s minutes have come in starts and most of Jesus’s minutes have come off the bench. Which makes a big difference. Having said that, Jesus’s return is still much better than Grealish. Especially considering over all competitions Grealish has had 400 minutes more.

Grealish has played over 2200 minutes. Contributing just 7 goals & assists. Peterborough, Norwich & Leeds were amongst his 4 goals.
