The 'I want anyone but England to win' comment was made during an interview involving Murray, Tim Henman and Des Kelly, a journalist. Henman and Kelly had been ripping on Murray about Scotland not being at the 2006 World Cup, when he responded with his jibe about Paraguay. The Sun (the fucking Sun) then seized on it and ran the 'Murray hates the English' headline.

People on this site are often very touchy about the media making up shit about City, so why are they so ready to believe this bollocks?
