A blue and white City scarf

Does anyone know where to buy what's dubbed as a 'Mancini scarf'? The blue and white striped one.

I've looked online at the city store and there is none available. Would they sell one at the Market Street or Eastlands Citystore?

This gift is for a relative and any help would be appreciated greatly.
