A call to arms tonight

It speaks volumes that:

1) fans have to be asked to get fully behind the team
2) most of the small number replying in this thread are hardly enthusiastic about it.

Some blame fans being priced out (there may be something in that). You could argue also that the fans are suffering from the same thing that some of our fit players seems to be, a sense of apathy to it all from too many years of success
They don't have to be asked, there's been nothing but support for the team, no boo's, no anger above frustration, the ones that remained at the end of the spurs game sang bluemoon at the final whistle.

these threads i'm sure have good intentions but they're completely unnecessary and paint a picture that the fans aren't 100% behind the team when that couldn't be further from the truth.

We'll continue to back the team tonight and we'll back them louder when we inevitably go a goal down.

Is there a specific time for each chant? I'd hate to sing one at the wrong moment.
As a regular for more than 50 years I don't need someone telling me how to support the team. I'll be in by kick-off and will stay until the final whistle.
Finally, should we release a Blue version of Pete Boyle's songbook?
Just about to set off and it's pissing down, but I'll leave with a cracker from about 15 years ago: If you're watching on the telly you're a............!!! - Unless you're priced out of course.

Exactly it's always been the same, although I don't mind the odd rallying call here and there. I felt I had to post about fans being priced out though as whether people like it or not there's a growing disconnect between the club and it's long standing fans. It's not just us though every top clubs fans are feeling the same, as recent protests prove.
It won't stop us getting behind the team 100% while we're inside the ground though. It's the same as moaning and discontent with the teams performances and form. We get it off our chest here then get behind the team at the game.

As we all know the boys are massively struggling at the moment but this group of players have given absolutely everything in the last few years.
These players have had 5 consecutive seasons competing at the business end of all competitions, Just look at the trophy haul. With squad rotation not possible due to a massive injury crisis the players left standing have finally hit a brick wall and a loss of confidence.

What the lads and “Pep G” our fantastic “loyal” manager need right now is unwavering support.

Wouldnt it just be fantastic if every Blue in the stadium would singing “City till I die” and especially “we’ve got Guardiola”at the start of today’s match (and a few more times.)

We need to send a clear message that we are 100% behind Pep and the lads. We are not entitled fair weather supporters we are loyal blues who stick by our team in good times and bad.

Let’s help the lads get through this and be loud tonight. I’m sure it would e massively appreciated by Pep and the boys

Cos we’ve got………,,
I get where you coming from and applause your sentiments but far to many loyal fans are either priced out, pissed of or both .But should be enough diehards in the ground to make for great atmosphere
