It is just societal pressure that gets you shaving your face like "an Englishman".
Don't be afraid to go full Wookiee. I just use hair clippers about once a month, takes a minute. I don't think shaving is any good for your skin.
I'm metro man, I like to wash my face then moisturise. Love that clean feeling.It is just societal pressure that gets you shaving your face like "an Englishman".

Can't use blades due to warfarin, if I nick myself I bleed for days.I can’t abide electric shavers. Safety razor, Wilkinson Sword, brush, gel. Job done.
Cheers...Do the blades keep sharp for a long time mate ?I have a Braun Series 9 9390cc. Wet or dry shave, excellent battery life, close shave without any skin irritation. Best I have ever had.
My old mate Victor raves about themThing is, being a tight arse I've always bought those cheap basic Remington electric shavers with a wire, a new one every year or two, $30 a time ish..
I'm thinking I might splash out on one of those expensive one's.....questions;
Do they work better ?
Do they last longer ?
Which is best model ?

Yep, clean shaven is the way forward. Can’t be arsed spending time tending any facial hair. I just go in my barbers once a week and get a hair trim and any facial hair removed.Personally, I stay clean shaven as I don't want to look like everyone else. Every fucker has a beard these days so I like to do the opposite to the masses!
