A doer or a sayer?

Do you say things and never do them or do you just do them and get it out the way so you don't have to talk about it and remember to do it?

I believe people are either one or the other. Is this theory correct?

well, yeah but its a pretty obvious theory really, its like saying
"your either born a boy or a girl, is this theory correct?"
