Just drawn this up in my dinner hour to help make things simpler.
1 - The team must play in a red shirt.
2 - The club must be owned by Americans who don't give a toss about the fans and milk the club for every penny they can get.
3 - 99% of the fanbase must live at least 100 miles from the home stadium and have absolutely no attachment to the club or city their chosen team comes from other than to have jumped on the bandwagon when they used to win trophies by outspending everyone else at that time.
4- You must have the ability to go on social media and accuse any other team that dares to challenge your entitlement of cheating etc even with zero evidence to back any accusations up.
If anyone can think of any other way to improve this for our historic clubs then please let me know before I email it off to the FA.
