Miles and Miles away...part time supporter I'd say
I know there is a credit crunch, and fair play if you can't get upto Manchester on a weeknight but seriously lets pack the ground out on April 16th.

Times are tough, and I know lots of people have other priorities, but look back over the past few years, Spurs QF of the Carling Cup, we didn't get near to filling the ground, all the FA cup ties at this new ground we haven't even opened the 3rd tier. THIS IS OUR BIGGEST GAME IN YEARS. Its time to make the effort and show that we actually are the best fans in the country...600 fans in Denmark last night made more noise than 43,000 of us do normally for home games - if we could get a full stadium, under lights, making loads of noise, not getting on the players or Hughes' back, not moaning at ticket prices (cause we are the cheapest around) not looking at someone like they have rabies just cause they sing at a football match, just imagine what it could be like.

So please, break the bank, have four pints on the next 4 Saturdays instead of six (8 instead of 10 whatever!!) and save the money to come to the game on the Thursday. I dont want to rattle around in the stadium for a game against the Germans who will sell out and make a great atmosphere.

Imagine when we win, the whole stadium singing Istanbul...

not a stayaway...just a live-a-long-way-away...so i will be at all the home games for the next 4 weeks while i am back for easter!

come on city...time to break my jinx!

Top call. If you can be there... then be there!

And if you are there, then it's us against the world!

If anyone knows of any companies organising coach/air trips to the game then count me in. Otherwise I wouldnt know how to get there cheaply on my own, and wandering the streets alone in a foreign country on my own doesnt sound like a good prospect anyway.

This is our biggest game for years only to be superceded by the second leg Semi Final.I will be there all though i have been to all of them thus far.Agree with OP

We are a total laughing stock when it comes to crowds. Anyone read FourFourTwo?? they done a survey on the loudest fans a few months ago. We finished third bottom above boro and wigan. Remember we've 5th biggest stadium in the premier league. Lets encourage the boys and see them thrash the Hamburg in style!!! I bet 4-0 5-0!! Imagine the glory......
