We wouldn't have been able to wipe the smile off the face of ScotsPLJ because the Gollum lookalike doesn't seem to have the facial muscles for a smile, but it would have given untold pleasure to thousands knowing he travelled back down the East Lancs seething about all of life's troubles.

yeah don't get me wrong it's still a tough defeat to take!

I couldn't imagine the amount of stick I'd of got at work if it was left for United to do us at home.

I work with one Everton fan, shes female and has not mentioned it really!
