Was looking around at some off our up and coming youth players that escaped during the period we just got taken over. And I saw we sold this Róbert Mak guy to Nuremberg for around £500,000. Had a look on youtube, yes not that reliable, but he's started to become a starting player at Nuremberg and even was an unused sub at international level. I think he looks decent, wouldn't cost alot and im sure he'd love the idea of being involved with our fantastic squad, whereas the media have constantly suggested AJ's removal from England squads is because he's a squad player. If we get a good fee for AJ, around £10million reported, get Mak in for less he could become our back up option and would be in the squad instead of Johnson and would have both Home-grown status for the Premier league and Club-trained for the Champions league something we despratly need. So far we only have Micah that is club trained, Hart joined to late and Boyata would be unlikely to feature in the squad although Onuoha did last year.
Im not saying we are going to buy him, just a suggestion and wonder what other blues think.
