A solution to the problems in On Topic

Im getting sick of reading the on topic over the past month or so, all the daft topics, rumours and shite coming out of some peoples minds quite cleary shows it has come rag infested beyond belief.

Couple of solutions:

Firstly, we could ban all the mongs that are rags and wum's(easy to spot a mile off)

Secondly, a problem to prevent these nobs coming on could be to close registrations for a while?

Thirdly, have a members only section which requires people to pay for access to a specific members only section(Like £5 unlimited use?) this solution would raise a little bit of cash for the bluemoon empire, and the people willing to pay will be the geniuine blues thus eradicating the rag infestation.

A lot of us have paid to be on here,forming a "private" area does work on a lot of other sites,it's not for me though.
