A strange request for help x

Hi all.

I'm doing a display in our library to promote our new crime and thrillers collection, and I wanted to make up some police tape with the text 'CRIME BOOKS AND THRILLERS' instead of 'POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS'.

I'm a bit crap at MS Publisher, so expert help much appreciated. The font is Haettenschweiller.
