a technical video manipulation question

Is there a way to rotate a 3gp video file 90 degrees so you're not viewing the bloody thing 'sideways'?

I've just taken some video on my telephone, and do not possess any fancy imaging video/editing software.

if there are any experts with any quick fixes (I'm sure expensive ones exist, aah ah) but I'm not about to purchase or start learning to use any fancy video editing suite software.

my files are only around 4 mb each; I think I have two of them - when I was pointing the camera in 'portrait' instead of 'landscape' fashion.

can anyone please help a Nokia novice?
