He probably has but not in the same mould as kdb or bernardo but I think he does ok.
Has the odd brain fart but 9 times out of 10 he gets himself back in position and recovers.
Great athlete, strong, not a bad passer when the radar is switched on.
Pep must rate him as he keeps playing him!

Your not paranoid I noticed it too.
 
It would be impressive to establish how Walker may have let down or not been good enough to this season. He's been by far one of the best defenders at the club for two seasons now with very little rotation. I think he had a dip just before Christmas which led to Danilo starting against Liverpool in Jan, but in all he was and has been very good for City. De Bruyne who in fairness did not play much and D Silva had a lot more poorer matches than him last season without much or any criticism.

I think he could develop but he'd probably cost too much for where we have an established 1st team player.

Walker has been integral to a team that's set the 2 highest points totals in back to back premier league titles.

Pep paid a fortune for a player to fit into his system (Walker), I doubt if he would want to replace him at this stage with a player who has shown little in an attacking sense. Football brain or no.

With us being in advanced talks with cancelo and Danilo still on the books , there is no place for him

He's a great young player. A little improving to do offensive wise.
Positionally he can be a little ropey but his pace makes up for that.
He is very good defensively, though and will improve utd significantly down the right. Good signing for them.

Talented player but I reckon people overestimate his defensive ability. The attacking football that we play will always expose our fullbacks. Playing for Palace who spend 70% of their games defending as a unit will stat pad the defensive contribution for everyone on the team. I suppose he is used to buses, so he will fit in with United.
 
His defensive stats are brilliant maybe the best in the league for RB but he will be joining a team in disarray. Will improvr them but not a significant difference like vvd to dippers
