Has anyone got one of these or anything similar? Was going to buy one but they seem to get slated on all the reviews. Just wondered if anybody on here would recommend which type to get if any. Cheers

As above mate, a 'clothes horse' in the making, spend the money on some decent fruit, fibrous veg, lean meats and fish and throw some oats, sweet potatoes etc, do some exercise that gets you out of breath for 40 minutes 3-4 times a week and practice a few stomach vacuums and crunches.
