Hemingways at the Hilton is normally a good atmosphere.You can also walk through to the Jazz Bar which is great for live music. Food in both places is excellent. On Corniche Rd near Emirates Palace.

The NRG bar at le meridian is the heart of the city bar but last time I was there was on my own. You could try here but never been...

That guy right behind me on the last pic (you can just seem him, near my ear) was a right fucking clown. As soon as the team came out he was splinting "empty seats". When we claimed for our first penalty he spouted "diving twats" I just said "have a day off ffs" he left shortly after.
