Has anyone any experience of using accupuncture for back pain?
It didn't help my back but it sorted my bloated stomach out.
My partner is an acupuncturist (traditional chinese) and I have it routinely for muscular aches of all descriptions but, particularly, recently, for back-ache linked to calf and hamstring problems.
It works well for me.
Acupuncture is alternative medicine. In other words, it's bullshit used by idiots.
Didn't work for me, infact made it worse, try "treat your own back" by Robin McKenzie, better than any physio/doctor that I dealt with.
Worked wonders for my back
yeah, waste of time and money, charlatans along with chiropractors
The placebo effect is still an effect. If it works for you, then fair enough.
So your a pain in the foot
Instead of a pain in the arse
