I think because the difference is 18 months or 14 years. If the info in Slashmans post is legit then she was only just 15 when they first had contact in December.Wonder why he pled guilty to some charges but not the others. Here's where I don't agree with you. Having set a standard then it means people are aware of what is deemed to be moral or not. If you don't meet that standard then, by definition, you are immoral. I know we all break the speed limit at times but the same concept applies. You are knowingly doing something that isn't legal.

He pled guilty to some heavy petting stuff with two girls but denies full-blown sex with two others; the latter two charges are far more serious in sentencing terms, apparently. Maybe because he did some of them and didn't do the others. The other possibility is that his lawyer has made a judgement and thinks this is his best chance of avoiding a prison term.Wonder why he pled guilty to some charges but not the others.
