Nothing against Spurs or Arsenal. We bought the player, he contributed to our rise. We changed manager who doesn't want him. Because of his high wages and fee no one else can afford him. He spent last year at Spurs and did well for them. We have been reasonably fair with both player and Spurs if they want him fee 5 -8m but Spurs sort out his wages. Means in effect we have compromised from the 12 -13m by knocking two years wages off his value.

It is up to Levy who is a good businessman, he will either spunk 20m on a new striker who will be unproven and have to settle in or he could go tried and trusted, I just think he will leave it till final week every week that goes by he saves 170K, but I don't think we should compromise any further.

I don't have a problem with Ade getting his city contract wages sorted, what he's after is 170k for the 4 years of the new contract he signs with Spurs, he's not prepared to accept 170k for 2 years and then drop down to Spurs salary cap of 80k for the last 2 years. This is greed of the highest order and I do have a problem with Ade for this!

Levy isn't the genius that many (including all Spurs fans) give him credit for. He's been at Tottenham for 11 years and in that time he's employed half a dozen managers and the club has won a single League Cup.

Last year Chelsea offered £40million for Modric but Levy chose not to sell, this season he'll go for around £30million maximum, a decision that cost his club in excess of £12million and they finished in the Europa League.
Dont like Spurs particularly but TBF they finished above Chelsea in the League and if Barca (Messi) and Bayern (Robben) hadnt missed penalties in CL they would be in that comp. above Chelsea. In addition many supporters think Fulop was corrupt in the last game against Arsenal and Spurs should have got 3rd place in PL. (If this was Olympics Fulop would probably have been publicly disgraced like in the Badminton).

What's this all about? I've not heard anything about it.

Use adebayor to trade Dos Santos is good.

Watch him get one score in national team.
He is no.10 skirt in Mexico.

NO its not good,. not at all, Santos is shit.

What if on the last the day we shut it on Levy's face and reject the transfer or increase our asking price.....It would be trouble for them as they will never get another proven striker for less than 20 million.....we should learn to play hard ball our selves.....

Fülöp played his first league game against Arsenal on the last day of the 2011/12 season, in Roy Hodgson's last game in charge before becoming manager of the England national team. Arsenal won 3-2 with all three of their goals being widely considered preventable by Fülöp. The result saw Arsenal qualify for the Champions League the following season at the expense of their rivals Tottenham Hotspur

LOL.

I'm with you on this.

I also couldn't believe more wasn't made of Fulop's scandalous 'non-performance'. It may yet get interesting if the Auditors ever choose to take a close look at WBA's financials!

It's not as far fetched as some people might think, A player like Fulop who is probably ending his career could of got a massive payment as there was a lot of money involved, Millions and when there is a large stake of money involved: There is often corruption.

Or your club could have not collapsed because you have a couple of talented players and a lot of shit and had a shit, overrated manager to go along with your shit fans and your shit lowly ambitions.

No corruption needed.

Have, you ****.

Spurs huffed and puffed up at Newcastle so far without showing any great threat. Defoe hit the post early on but as it stands they are 1-0 down. They have 1 recognised striker and are lacking any real cut and thrust. Stop being cheap arse penny pinching fuckers and get yourselves a quality striker in Adebayor.

After watching that game, I'd tell the fuckers the price has now doubled.

This especially after the Modric deal.

AvB just said they are confident of signing a striker in the next couple of days, but didn't say which one...
