Apologies if this has been covered in another thread and mods please lock if so but According to the Dail Fail we are linked to this kid, however no quotes so could easily be a load of rubbish. Heard some good things about this kid but not seen him play. Obviously one for the future rather than the present but just thought I would add this since we're being linked to him. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

Could possibly be a feed from the kids agent to DM?
He's looking decent in the Championship, might be smooching for a quick pay day.

Well according to the telegraph, Arsenal are going to beat us to his signature in a 2mil deal. Can't say I've seen much of him to form an opinion but he's very highly rated according to the article.

I've brought this man up in a couple of transfer threads to a middling response but he is on fire at the moment. He has 6 goals and 2 assists in his last 3 games. Today with a brace and assist against Juve. He genuinely has everything you'd want in a winger. He's fast, great dribbler, good finisher, can play across the front three, has a frenetic energy about him. He genuinely matches up with other in form wingers.

He's 25, English, on lower wages, would only cost £30-40m, is comfortable in the league. He'd be a smart signing. If not for us, anyone in the top 6.

NOTE: Doesn't include his latest goals/assists

I’ve been a member on here for god knows how many years and this is the funniest post I’ve seen in a long time
I wouldn't know why it's funny. Adama Traore still gets shouts around here and he has as many goals in his Wolves career (176 games) as Lookman has this season.
Actually Nigerian now
Doesn't really matter who he represents. It'll go down in the registration as a homegrown player.
Are you his agent?
I've just thought he always looked a tidy player, felt him and Iheanacho should have played more football for Leicester last year. Now he's really kicking on and I thought I'd point him out. Does it not beat the routine suggestions of whoever had a good game on Super Sunday?

Struggled at Fulham, Everton and Leicester. Anyone can look good in Italy sorry just have to look at Champions League last 12 years and no team has won it from Italy since Inter Milan in 2010.

Why is everyone creaming themselves over signing Leao or Kvara so? Previously Lautaro or Dybala. He's the 2nd top scorer this season with 11 half way through the year. Osihmen's the only one ahead with 13 and he'll go for £100M+ in the Summer. And there's plenty of good sides in Italy, come on. Allegri's team from 2015 to 2018 would give any of the best teams in history a game. The side in 2015 in particular was fantastic. Allegri's Milan, Conte's Inter or Milan, Sarri's Napoli, Di Francesco's Roma. Even now it's got good sides who would test most Prem clubs - Pioli's Milan, Spaletti's Napoli, Inzaghi's Milan, Mourinho's Roma and even Gasperini's Atalanta who Lookman plays for. Brilliant sides with good players.

i haven't seen him play this season, never been impressed when i have seen him, from the little i have seen of him i would put him in a decent championship player , not someone to help city kick on , but each to their own

edit, what has allegris team in 2015 got to do with the quality of the 2023 italian league, have you got a screw loose ?

He's questioned Serie A's quality going back to 2010. I've named sides from then till now that were some of the best in the world. It's not if I have a screw loose, it's if you can read. I'm hardly going to name people/sides in the league now because I'll just get back, 'never seen them, don't rate them'. I'll edit a couple more names in to make my point more clear.

Give an Atalanta game a go. They're a fun side if nothing else. Tuesday next they play Inter in the Coppa Italia.

Didn't read the post you were replying too, my mistake
