From his Wiki page, made me smile..........

Adrian Roosevelt Sampson Jebediah George "Adie" Mike (born 16 November 1973) is an English former professional footballer who tried playing as a forward from 1992 to 2004.

He notably played in the Premier League and was useless for Manchester City, and in the Football League for Stockport County, Hartlepool United, Doncaster Rovers and Lincoln City.

After scoring a wonder goal whilst on loan at Bury from Manchester City, Adie played like a girl on the blob thereafter, struggling to score both on and off the pitch.

had a spell with Aberdeen after leaving City. Adie was playing up front with Robbie Winters and we used to say it was a pity that Robbie's first name wasn't Bernie as it would then have been Mike and Bernie Winters up front.....one for the older City fans.....eeeeeeehhhh Snorbitz

Whoever wrote the article probably wishes they were a quid behind him as he is owner of Falcona airways who operate private flights in and out of Ibiza, he is also training to become a Lawyer so I guess he has done well for himself after his football career, at least he wore the shirt which most of us would kill do do.

I'm sure he scored at Oldham for us when we battered them 5-2 or so ?.....last game of the season I think.

Yes, his debut was the week before against Notts County, he gets City's equalizer. Paul Moulden scores Oldham's second goal.

I was a mess that day, been out on the piss from lunchtime Friday at a house party til it was light in the morning, then had to walk a couple of miles to the ground I was that bad I couldn't face anything to drink apart from Ironbru for some reason.

Great result but it hurt my head jumping and cheering. I remember thinking fucking typical City, living in Oldham I'd have loved to have another night out but was absolutely shattered by full-time.
