Adobe flashplayer upgrade - problems

Anyone had this ?

Trying to upgrade to version 16.0.0.305, have downgraded and installed it, but I still get a message saying I need to upgrade.

After it completes, I get a script isn't complete,

and the option to Let it continue, debug, or stop it.

I've rebooted, but still won't work.

I have Zonalarm pro on my machine, do I need to enable something on that, I also run Iolo System mechanic, could it be that ? Is it a bug in flashplayer latest version ?

Ignore.

For info, looks like it was my browser (firefox), not flash player. I thought I had the latest browser it only upgraded a few days ago, but the flash player was ahead of the browser, hence it wasn't compatible.
