Taking my lad to the palace match tonight..anyone recommend anywhere safe to park that's either free or cheap, on the outskirts of town (so we can walk down) and also a good chippy on the way?

M11 4RQ get there at a decent time should be ok to park cracking chippy on the new road as u walk back towards stadium

I'm not telling you where I usually park as I don't want everyone to know about it, but there are loads of places for free parking if you are prepared to walk about a mile to the ground.

Even on days when traffic jams have prevented me getting to my usual spot, and I've had to take detours in areas I don't know, I've never failed to find a free, on-road parking place.

Great street and adair street plussurrounding area has lots of free parking plus short walk up the new road.

New Road?
