After Merlin comes the Pharaoh...

Great skills mate but I don't get the Egyptian connection.

well few years back (the excavation is ongoing) a local historian and archeologist made a claim that he found a pyramid in Visoko (a small town near the capitol Sarajevo)...and he claims that these pyramids are older than those in Egypt....

since then people have been making jokes about it and making these egyptian connections...

no one is yet certain if the pyramids really exist there but hey it's all in good fun :)

so there you go, a short scope on the "egyptian connection"

Omg I'm Bosnian and I didn't catch it.
I find the whole Bosnian Pyramid affair entirely laughable though - dilettantes, charlatans and a bagful of hopes and dreams.

Yes, how dare you question the artists need for hallucinogenic drugs.

-- Mon Aug 29, 2011 9:43 pm --

Out of all the players in the current team, Dzeko is the one who I can see holding the dearest place in City fans' hearts in years to come.

yes ^^^^^ totally agree.
Its not just the skills, its the mans character too.

Like Goater - wasnt just the goals it was him as a whole.

Fair play, No17 just beat us.

I laugh my ass off everytime, but i already was there nd o.O btw many english ppl are more up to date then we re bout it.

ps i need to update the OP.

Can I just interrupt?

I fooking hate the nickname 'Merlin'! It's lazy and doesn't do Silva any justice! 'Houdini' would be better via the fact 'he makes the impossible possible', i.e., escaping from tackles, nobody seeing him appear and the delicious passes he plays!!

Not only that, he glides/ dances across the pitch like one of our own respected legends. I like my own name for him(I won't say it cos I'm not trying to push it), but that's by the by.

'Merlin' is a crap moniker!!

Right, carry on!

byronic, give it a rest. We get it, you play with language, clap-clap, sit down son.

The ancient structures in Bosnia may not by pyramids but there is certainly something there.

balkanno, the picture is absolute class mate!
