BTW on the subject of logic , i couldn't help noting in your previous posts that , whilst slamming fellow bluemooners for slagging of one of our own players on a public forum as being a gift for hostile club fans , that you yourself have been leading a very public and vocal assassination of balotelli on that self same public forum.

While we're at it please try and dredge up one positive comment that you have made abour our club in your 852 pages of posts

Top four is now ours to lose. Only two teams can knock us out, spurs or Liverpool. Liverpool are too far behind and they are up and down in form. Spurs have just gone all together in the league and their last few results have been shocking, they also have a much tougher run in than us. We are now 4 clear of spurs and 11 clear of pool with us all having 9 games left, I don't see us losing it. I expect us to finish fourth but if we can pull off a shock won tomoz then third is on and second Is an outside possiblity.

Yes I know i'm negative, it's been pointed out before however right now I can't help it. Like I said last night/this morning, I am a realist and have never been blinded by blue specs, I refuse to do that because of the utter drivel I have watched down the years. For me this squad/team should be doing alot more than what it is, and for that I keep the blue goggles packed nice and tight in their packaging and look at things from a realistic point of view. Yes it's negative but over the years the disappointment has been a 'when', not an 'if'. Hopefulle the disappointment is only an 'if' this time, but I like to be prepared for the failure i've experienced time and time again, that way the disappointment is easier to take. Just being realistic.

I think it's between us and chelsea for 3rd and 4th

So the main target for me is a top 4 finish

morning.look the way i see it is this way 9 games to go still in with a chance of winning league get in the CL and win the FAC .WOT A SEASON IT COULD BE CUM ON CITY!!!!!!!!!

Win, lose or draw we should really make to top four. Last season Spurs had an amazing end to the season beating if I remember correctly Chelsea, Arse, Liverpool and us in the last few weeks and much as we moan by doing that while we pissed about they deserved a CL spot. That sort of run cannot be done on a regular basis.

A win today and we have a good chance of pushing on towards the top 2.

A draw will keep the status quo after our hardest away game left this season.

A defeat means we'll be going for 4th but Spurs have still only gained a point on us after playing WHU. BM would have had meltdown (again) if we'd finished 0-0 against WHU.

As Pidge posted the Rags this season have just about kept on winning via 100% commitment/refs etc. They're crapping it and make no doubt we're coming up fast. I expect to finish above them in the neaxt season or the one after at the latest.

Have to say there was a far bit of beer talking last night on my part, M8 ! LOL

Have just got back from a monster bike ride in the rain so head is clearer now !! I understand your frustrations at our underperfrmancce ATM and sher it to a fair degree as ny lad wil testify when I'm screaming at them to get forward in attack and press and tackle in defence.
Iam also aware of the phenomenon of defensive pessimism and am using it myself today as I have horrible feeling we're gonna be toasted by Chelski


Anyway at the end of the day we're on the same side and I for one wil be cheering the buggers on from the comfort of a pub this aft motre in hope than expectation,!!
