its hard enough dealing with these cretins face to face,you are asking for trouble e-mailing or phoning.
i went down for my Stoke ticket today,i asked if me and my dad could sit somewhere else(both season card holders)as he's been having problems with people standing up,he's 74 btw,the girl said "you can't choose alternative seats until tomorrow as thats the deadline for claiming you're own seat",i asked her if every seat in the ground was taken up by seasoncard holders(being sarcastic)she said yes.
