Easy because he did see it and didn't feel it worthy of anything. Then as you quite rightly said then media got hold and the FA which is ran by a rag director persuaded him to pretend not to have seen it.So why didn't he send him off? Again I ask if they are now allowed to re referee games as I thought that was not allowed. They may have changed that rule.One can only assume in real time viewing the ref didn't judge it to be a red card but viewed in slo mo for a couple of days it does.
He gave the Sterling one because he knew full well that he docked up the Kolarov one. They always try and even out crap decisions.There is a lot of confusion in how this agenda works against us. After Stoke the Sterling pen was evidence yet the Kolorov foul was surprisingly overlooked.
