I noticed this and have done for the last couple of weeks.

I'm sure it's his recovery from the early season injury, rather than permanent. Deeply worrying if it was permanent, he wouldn't be half the player.

I think that injury has pretty much decided his season. He could probably do with a couple of weeks rest as well

Na, he picked up a injury early on in the 1st half, was hampering him all game- he's feeling his way back in also after the early season injury- much like komps, class is permanent, when he's 100% match fit he'll be the best striker in the prem this season!!

That's what I hope and believe. He'll get that yard of pace back. That's what makes him a £30m player.

Is there anything more frustrating and upsetting that a formerly top class player who has lost his pace through injury? Trevor Sinclair? Robbie Fowler?
