There was nothing contentious about the goal so why would var have ruined it?
Mario blatantly looks at Mike Dean in the build up - no goal. Penalty to LiVARpool.

I think just knowing VAR existed in that match would mean I would never have celebrated like I did..
We scored the last proper big goal in this sport - Kompany rocket against Leicester.I think just knowing VAR existed in that match would mean I would never have celebrated like I did..
A world record 24 in one season .......... United's new team coachYeah, a pen every time they need a leg up!
I just like it that it was the rag away crowd that went quiet.Has anybody ever thought about creating/found a video that depicts the aguerrooo moment but with VAR? If i were more computer literate I'd do this. I can't find such a thing on youtube.
Should be pretty easy to edit it.. aguerroo score THE goal.. the crowd cheer madly then go quiet whilst VAR takes 3 minutes to review the goal and decide if we win the league. Aguero stands with his hands on his hips rather than shirt off.. goal is allowed, crowd cheer but spontaneous moment is ruined.
I feel like doing this for the greatest moment in the history of the premier league would go some way to showing the impact of VAR on ruining the beautiful game.
and that would have been a travesty for the greatest moment in PL history my friend. That pure joy, pure joy, sad to think some great moments are going to be inhibited.I think just knowing VAR existed in that match would mean I would never have celebrated like I did..
