Air fryer tips

He just bought a ninja duo. I out half a chicken in and turned it to roast mode and the default setting was 15 minutes.

I opened it and the **** tried to fly away. It’s on for 15 mins more now.

Any tips for someone who automatically throws instructions away?
Search online for the manual ?

Whatever temperature/time it takes to cook in an conventional oven, use the rule of 20's for an Air Fryer.

Take 20ºC off the cooking temperature (celsius)
Take 20% off the cooking time (mins)

For example: If something cooks at 200ºC for 20 mins in an oven, use 180ºC for 16 mins in an AF.

For a full chicken we use air fry 180 for 30 mins breast down then flip it for another 30 mins breast up comes out brilliant
We dry it with paper towel then put oil on it with salt and pepper rubbed on
