Oh well any other bluemooners go to the Bridgewater to see one of the worlds best jazz/funk/soul singers?
25 years since he played the Apollo and he was just F***ing great, he looks a bit frail at times but his voice still hits all the notes, take 5 proved it on the night.
If any of you did go the song he sang ( improvising) about the couple who had just arrived "a nlovely lady with the guy in the white shirt with a pattern on it " was for me and the boss turnning up a little late.
Great to see Al still being able to woo an audiance, cream always rises to the top.
