I don't think Alan Green has an anti City agenda as much as an anti pleasure agenda.
He's like a dementor he just sucks the pleasure out of anything he commentates on . Pat Nevin is great I think.

As soon as I hear him on the radio in turn off immediately. As you say, he makes everything sound utterly joyless and full of Dickensian misery.

If I was stuck in the jungle for City in the CL final but someone had a wind up radio with him commentating, I'd wait to read the result in the Borneo Bugle the next day rather than listen to that tool.
