Bordeaux striker Alberth Elis is in an induced coma after suffering a serious head injury in a collision with an opponent.

40 seconds in and a sickening clash of heads. He is now in an induced coma. It looks like it's similar to the injury Raul Jimenez suffered for Wolves a few years back.

Sad to see, the lads a good player but he also rejected moves away and took a pay cut this season to stay with the Girdondins.
