Doubt that he's any better than their current coach.

Seem to be the only one that doesn't think this is a great loan for him. He's supposedly on the verge off breaking through so i'd preferably want him at a premier league team as La Liga is very different and he's going to the spanish equivalent of Huddersfield. I'd off hoped a better team would have been interested. I realise we have ties with Girona thouh and they play football not entirely dissimilar to use.

Not sure how I feel about this to be honest, I was hoping they would both see game time this season.

Yep. The lad is well past the stage where he needs a loan.

He's got a full season hopefully playing in the top Spainish league week in and out.
Should be back next year with top level experience and we'll know exactly how good he is

Good for him, he's not a young lad looking at being the most likely to break into the first team though. Just think a player like Garcia shines brighter in a team surrounded with quality

He is quality and needs to play cannot see him getting enough game time as of yet Girona are a good fit in a good league

Flip side is if he establishes himself in their team, he'll have to take on a lot more responsibility. With the odd appearance for us, he just has to be neat and tidy, not give the ball away, and the senior players can do the rest. So he might shine brighter in our team, but going to Girona could be better for his personal development.
