he did ok last game, but lets be honest he was awful last season and couldn't be arsed. i think we will and should buy a new left back over the next year to replace him. i think andy robertson at hull could the one for the future.
 
Also lets not forget Kolarov was fantastic start of last season as well, but when the window shut down after 5 games... back to being average.
 
another good display, you can see his passing accuracy is massively improved when the players in-front of him are not so static. He is definitely losing a bit of pace, but his role doesn't really involve him bombing down the wing so it may not affect him. good quick feet to win the pen, thats the rondo factor in action!
 
Another Impressive performance, with a fantastic right-footed pass and straight arm smash the highlights. Even his subsequent look of innocence and 'what on earth have I done wrong?' expression were an improvement on last season's petulant wave of the arm in the referee's direction.
