Jaipur is a great beer, but at 5.9% a bit much for me. Greene king St Edmunds is a great session beer, but Sunbeam is my favourite (only decent beer ever to come out of Banks brewery). Would sooner drink water than any of these so called smooth beers, fucking disgusting shit. Used to drink lager until about 10 years ago, only drink it in Spain now, usually Estrella or Mahou.
Yeah I like a pint of sunbeam as well.
You don't need many Jaipurs to know about it the morning after!
Apparently they brewed a 10% version earlier in the year to mark its 10th anniversary. Only found out though after the fact unfortunately[/QUOTE

Just got back from the boozer, been drinking spitfire gold (in bottles), very reasonable, much much nicer than original spitfire. Apparently will have Adnams ghost ship on draught next week, gonna make a pig of myself there!
Try the "cloud water " micro brewery on Ancoats trading estate, they do a belting IPA, I presume they will have a website.I've just purchased a Phillips perfect Draft system which holds 6 ltr Kegs. Belting piece of kit. Polished off a keg of wife beater last weekend. The plan was to do it in one night but after 5 pints I was ruined haha. There's plenty of Ales and Lagers choice, but they're quite expensive as I'm ordering online at the minute, I wonder if anybody on here knows of a local supplier cheers?

Ha, spent a couple of months working on the upgrade of Goose Green. Costellos was always busy with piss cans falling out of there every 10 mins!Costlello's Bar in Goose Green, Altrincham is run by Durham Massey micro brewery. Usually has about 8 hand pumps on Inc 2 lager ranging from 4% to 7% abv.
Average price per pint about £2.40.
