could it be seen as tampering with evidence? Would be piss funny if he does a runner to France or somewhere and "his greatest triumph" - that being Brexit - meaning a maximum 3 months on the run before being deported back to the UK

see powers section here - I'd imagine failure to comply could be reported to Police to investigate/prosecute for failure to act in accordance with the 2005 act
