The brief synopsis on the BBC seems to say "we'll set something up that'll do what we want, and that'll be great, No need to think about it again then, money will just roll in to cover it and we don't need to care where from, it'll be fine."

Not sure about anyone else, but I’m always having house renovations done and having mysterious benefactors settling the bill without my knowledge, or even me making enquiries about it.
