Apparently we are all in it together.

What people have to remember with Rishi is that although he appears competent he agreed to take on the Treasury on the basis all his staff reported to Cummings / Johnson.

I'd rather have Javid who had the decency to resign from the Treasury on that basis. Even though Javid is also a ****. What a shower of shit these tories are.

Anyone can look competent and popular when dispensing free money; that becomes much harder when the free money is a fraction of what it was and is called unemployment benefit rather than furlough.

I just think it’s the start of a long campaign of whispering against Johnson. We saw the same dance played out when Blair and Brown held power, but the circumstances now are worse than anything they ever faced.

Given the performance of BoJo to date it is only natural to start sizing up the alternatives. Its a cabinet full of cnts so Rishi is looking decent - its telling that the only other mention is for Gove who is Johnson without the daft hair.
 
He is currently having some sort of convulsive attack live in Parliament - his delivery style is just so wanting in a sparsely populated Commons - its hard to whip up a crowd that just isn't there
 
He’s also not really tainted by Brexit, at least much less so than Gove, whose Machiavellian machinations should preclude him from the highest office.

Everything he does is led by what the public want.

- Public want lockdown, reverses decision and puts everyone into lockdown

- Public had enough of lockdown and breaking rules, follows them out of it

- Protests on institutional racism that doesn’t exist, sets up a commission using tax payers money to look into it to appease them

- A footballer puts pressure on the government for paying for people’s kids out of taxpayers money, says no, public pressure mounts on social media, u-turns

The only thing he’s stuck to his guns on was backing Dominic Cummings.

He’s got to be careful, he could hire John McDonnell and Tony Blair and the left and centre would still hate him.

Public gets sick of parliament wrestling with how to leave the EU without wrecking the economy - BJ backs no deal.

UK leaves the EU without a deal and the economy goes to shit, public are outraged - BJ ?
