He never attended cobra meetings when he was 1-2 months into his ringing endorsement from the voting public back in early 2020. Why would we expect him to to take it seriously when he’s working his notice period and just answering his emails to make it look like he is actually doing some work.

You are applying logic that a decent human being with a conscience and respecting the highest office in the land.
