I think it’s worth a weekend if you throw a trip to Ledbury in. It was closed while were there, but the Mappa Mundi museum looks like it’s worth a shout.

It’s further away than it looks though. Getting there from the M5 can take longer than you’d think, assuming you’d drive there.

I suspect there's a host of picturesque small towns and villages that would surprise me.

I do want to take my boy to Stratford Upon Avon this year (as we clock up our traverses). It's been sometime since I last went but had a lovely weekend there or two there.

But I'm going way off thread here and cannot being tio stitch a theme into my coveted travel plans and Navalny.
