If Alexis coming to City depends on PSG selling a player to Arsenal that's not great if there is still any animosity between PSG and us. Hopefully they wouldn't be silly about it.

If it's true that PSG's Qatari owners are bitter towards Abu Dhabi, then this doesn't bode well. PSG could not let Draxler join Arsenal to prevent us from getting Sanchez.

There was annimosity before things went haywire between the two countries on political front and now there would be even more but if they think draxler is surplus to their requirements they might sell to arsenal regardless. Game time is an issue for draxler at psg so i wouldnt rule this transfer from happening completely.
